Mr. King has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Primoris since August 1, 2015.  Before assuming the CEO role, Mr. King was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Primoris since March 2014.  Prior to joining Primoris, Mr. King spent several years at CB&I, most recently as President of Lummus Engineered Products.  He has extensive E&C industry experience in energy-related projects, LNG, offshore, pipelines, refining, petrochemicals, gas processing, oil sands, synthesis gas and gas-to-liquids. Mr. King received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, an MBA from the University of Texas, Tyler, and an Advanced Executive Management Degree from Insead University in Fontainebleau, France.

Mr. Moerbeek was named our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer effective February 6, 2009. He has served as one of our Directors since July 2008 and was Chairman of the Audit Committee until February 2009. From 2006 through February 2009, he was the Chief Executive Officer and a founder of a private equity-funded company engaged in the acquisition and operation of water and wastewater utilities. From August 1995 to June 2006, Mr. Moerbeek held several positions with publicly traded Southwest Water Company, a California based company which provides water and wastewater services, including Director from 2001 to 2006; President and Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to 2006; President of the Services Group from 1997 to 2006; Secretary from 1995 to 2004; and Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to 2002. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Moerbeek was the Vice President of Finance and Operations for publicly traded Pico Products, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of cable television equipment. Mr. Moerbeek received a B.S.E.E. and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington and is a licensed certified public accountant.

Image of Tom McCormick

Mr. McCormick has over 30 years of experience in heavy industrial design and construction with a wide range of knowledge in the gas processing, refining/petrochemical, power, pipeline, liquids recovery, Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) and gas compression markets. Mr. McCormick comes to Primoris from CB&I, where he had been employed since 2007 and most recently served as the President of CB&I Oil & Gas for the Americas. From 1990 to 2007 he was with privately held BE&K Construction Company in various operating roles, and from 1987 to 1990 he was with Williams Construction. Mr. McCormick received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.

Image of John M. Perisich

Mr. Perisich has been senior vice president and general counsel of Primoris since February 2006. Prior to that, he served as vice president, general counsel and Secretary of Primoris. Mr. Perisich joined ARB in 1995. Prior to joining Primoris, Mr. Perisich practiced law at Klein, Wegis, a full service law firm based in Bakersfield, California. He received a B.A. degree from UCLA in 1987, and a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1991.

Mr. Summers has served as co-president of ARB since February 2006. From 1996 through February 2006, he served as senior vice president of ARB. Currently, Mr. Summers is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Underground group. Additionally, he oversees international operations. In 2001, Mr. Summers served as President of the PLCA (Pipeline Contractors Association) and in 2004, he was President of the IPLOCA ( International Pipeline and Offshore Contractors Association). Mr. Summers received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.

Mr. Healy has served as co-president of ARB since February 2006. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of ARB. Mr. Healy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Industrial group. He joined Primoris through Primoris's acquisition of Oilfield Construction in 1989. In 2006, Mr. Healy was elected president of the CPMCA (California Piping and Mechanical Contractors Association). He received a B.S. in Construction Engineering from the State University of New York at Alfred.

Image of Mark A. Thurman

Mr. Thurman has been president of ARB Structures, Inc. since February 2006. Prior to that, he served as vice president of ARB. Mr. Thurman began his construction career in 1975. Prior to joining Primoris in 2004, Mr. Thurman spent 18 years with Pepper Construction where he served as president for the last seven of those years. Active in numerous trade and industry organizations, Mr. Thurman was president of AGC of California in 1995 and currently serves as a national director of AGC of America.

Jay Osborn became President of Primoris Distribution in 2015.  Prior to this role, Jay was President of the wholly owned Primoris subsidiary Q3 Contracting, which was acquired by Primoris in 2012.  He had been the President of Q3 Contracting since 1999. Jay possesses over thirty-seven years’ experience in the utility industry.  Jay’s credits include such companies as Mueller Pipeliners and Donaldson Construction.  His areas of expertise are in natural gas distribution, and he has also overseen many electrical and communication projects.  He has been responsible for many large and complicated rebuild and replacement projects for the major metro-area utility companies and personally oversees those projects from bid process, staffing, training and scheduling.

Mr. Killgore was named President of James Construction Group in January 2015.  He has been employed by Primoris Services Corporation and its predecessor companies since 1977. Mr. Killgore received a B.S. Civil Engineering degree from Louisiana Tech University in 1978. He is a registered Civil and Environmental Engineer in the state of Louisiana.

Gary Martin joined Primoris in June 2016 as the new group president of Primoris Energy Services. Gary has over 40-yrs of EPC experience in pulp & paper; refining; power; chemical and petrochemical industries. He spent the last 30 years of his career with BE&K/KBR. Gary will be based in our Deer Park office and will report directly to the COO.

Image of Randy Kessler

Randy Kessler joined OnQuest, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Primoris Services Corporation (PRIM), in April 2002, as one of the four founders.  His career began in process design engineering and subsequently project work, before moving to business development.  Over a 33-year career, Mr. Kessler handled process specific sales, customer account management, sales department management and ultimately took over as Director, then Vice President of Sales. Mr. Kessler received his B.Sc. Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University in 1982, and completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of California at Berkeley in 1997.  He remains an active participant of industry engineering societies including API, AICHE, GPSA, PEA and the NPRA
